I managed to get through on the phone an hour ago after calling non stop since 8am. A lovely guy called Daniel stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to get everything sorted. I had to call my solicitor there and then to ask them to email over a letter of undertaking so that everything could be processed. Just waiting on the final email to get sent to my solicitor now for the authority to complete but was reassured will be sent today 🙏🏼🤞🏼
Keep trying on the phones! I got a DM response this morning but no action as a result. Good luck!!
