My son's soccer coach benched him for an entire season, and I found out the real reason wasn't skill, it was because I'd stopped bringing snacks and volunteering for every fundraiser after my divorce left me working two jobs.

Coach: "He's just not quite where the other kids are this season."

Me: "He scored the winning goal at practice scrimmage last week. Can you help me understand the actual reasoning?"

Coach: "It's just coaching decisions. Nothing personal."

Something about the way he avoided my eyes told me it was, in fact, extremely personal.

@HantsPolRoads 3 were stolen from a site in the new forest early hours of tuesday, 2 x Bailey and a Swfit. Not one police office has been out to see us yet. How can we find out the makes/models of what's been recovered to see if they may be our customers?

Only to be cut off again 🤬

[Jo @jo_laura16]

@TalkTalk still waiting for a call back that has been promised for 3 days running. Still no phone line, this has been going on months now. Over 3hrs wasted on hold to keep getting cut off. Your service is not fit for purpose.
