My mum has had a letter from Studio saying they shouldn't have opened her account and she's due a refund, however they've used it to pay off her balance. Can they do that? Just seems a bit cheeky to me

@GMB I didn't meet my partner until in my late 30s, does this mean that I shouldn't consider having children? I'm not going to be told by someone who couldn't handle it herself when she had a child at 40 (Lucy Canvendish) that I should give up thoughts of being a mother
