@lastminute_com Anyone know why @lastminute_com would book a long haul flight from LHR to Australia with no hold luggage? Then proceeded to not allow me to book any in pre checkin. Huge amounts of emotional distress at the airport on both departure and return flight! HELPโฆ

@firstdirect amazing!! Transferred from fd as was not totally happy. Had a small outstanding debit balance which a letter asked me to call and pay. 25 mins later and still holding on for them to try and get to a place where they can take the payment ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ fd - Awful service!

@WeAreZizzi awful pizza at Zizzi in Chichester last Friday evening. Would never go back again and a total waste of a birthday evening out for friend. Shame on you Zizzi - staff should be friendly and want to serve u a meal and drink.
British Gas are shocking - moved in 11 months ago and still have not sorted out the wrong meter number on my account. Dyer well clear all - too much hassle
