Unbelievable that after placing an Order with @BootsUK literally minutes ago, realising I've made an error with the address, they will neither change the address or cancel the order. I just have to accept the loss. Customer service apparently non existent.
@BootsHelp Hi Gaby. Your 'customer service' assistants advice was to contact the courier to divert my parcel once it had been dispatched. I now have my dispatch email, with no courier information on it. Neither does the tracking info on your website help. How do I find this?
