Can I just say it is INSANE that a 3 bedroom flat in zone 4 cost over £600k, and a semi detached is over £1.5 mil. Like who can afford this? House prices for millennials are absolutely absurd. No wonder most of us are opting out of having children or only having 1!

When submitting scripts for development, they have to be a minimum run time of 40 minutes, there is no maximum length. Please consider the practicality of cast sizing as well.
