🇺🇸 The first openly LGBT judge in Texas has agreed to a lifetime ban from the bench after having a defense attorney handcuffed in her own courtroom.

Judge Rosie Speedlin Gonzalez ordered the attorney into custody mid-hearing after an argument over whether she'd coached her client to change his plea.

The lawyer was cuffed and placed in the jury box until she agreed to "conduct herself professionally."

Gonzalez faced up to 20 years on felony unlawful restraint charges. Those were dropped Monday, the same day she signed the resignation agreement.

She can still officiate weddings, as long as she doesn't wear a robe or mention she was ever a judge.

The gold-standard National Crime Victimization Survey (BJS/NCVS), which bypasses police “bias” by asking victims directly who attacked them, confirms the same asymmetry: Black offenders commit the overwhelming majority of interracial violent crimes against Whites — robberies and assaults at rates 8–15 times higher per capita than the reverse.

Intra-racial crime dominates overall, as it does in every group. But when violence crosses racial lines, the skew is not even close to symmetric. That is empirical reality, not narrative.

Elites lecture endlessly about “systemic” this and “disparate impact” that — yet the data show the real disparate impact lands hardest on innocent victims of all races when we pretend group behavioral patterns don’t exist. We don’t solve problems by lying about them.
