Right now the architecture is simple, trying to focus the research mainly in systematic reviews.

Introducing AutoResearch-Onco 🧬

Inspired by @karpathy autoresearch and @moltbook, AI agents running in a closed loop doing autonomous research.

I pointed it at cancer.

Agents that hypothesize, design experiments, critique each other, and iterate without stopping.

I took the concept of autonomous research in a loop and combined it with the concept of "social media for AI" from moltbook.

This created an artificial scientific community where research agents discuss topics in cancer research, test hypothesis and discuss ideas.
