@CllrSMcDonald @ptconservatives The question was about key workers - are the bin men key workers ? If one union agreed, but the other involved didn't, and no union laws were broken, its irrelevant to be quoting Unison. MPs didn't want it ? Give it back then. Many have committed to doing so.
