At a cost of $285 million, Milan is building 466 miles of a citywide, grade-separated bike network, representing just 35% of the cost of a single highway interchange in Chicago.
Two real estate investors saw this scene and decided it was bad and found two university professors who were willing to sell their reputations for some money to write a paper claiming it was bad for quality of life lol
What a monumental day for Vineyard City! The long awaited arrival of a grocery store is finally here and Bella’s Market will be an incredible asset to the community. A win all around for resident convenience, nearby jobs and local sales tax. Great work, Mayor Fullmer and the Vineyard team!

@olymasic I 100% believe Orem should rezone all the industrial stuff west of I-15 into as high density as they can muster. NIMBY’s in Vineyard would be mad but couldn’t do anything about it. NIMBY’s in Orem wouldn’t be affected. Could brand it as an extension of Utah City
