@BritishGasHelp hi, I need some help with my smart meter, it keeps loosing network I have tried resetting it moving it nearer to both of my main meters and it’s still happening, do I need a new smart meter?

@BritishGasHelp I’ve had the smart meter for about 7yrs but it’s got worse in last 4/6 weeks. I’ve already tried the 24hr switch off and still having issues, not sure what else I can do, thanks
