@CooperativeBank @twamers I waited for 2 hours yesterday and all they could say when I eventually spoke to someone was it’ll be sorted when it’s sorted. No timeframe no official apology nothing! How do you expect businesses to carry on when you empty their bank accounts ??

Can you even tell us if anyone has started to get their money back yet?

@MartinSLewis Always the same when trying to call @CooperativeBank. It takes them over an hour to answer the phone while a voicemail constantly tells you they are busier than normal!
