@hulu_support we are trying to set up and pay for another account for my husband who’s going to be in the hospital for the next three weeks and when he tries to sign up with his email, it keeps telling him he already has an account but he does not the account is under my email

@ValeBenaglio @StubHub @TeamStubHub Apparently Italy is very strict with ticket sales and StubHub is banned there. Thats why they check ID and names have to match. Most countries aren’t this way. Why is StubHub selling them? My first seller backed out last Aug but I still had to pay foreign transaction fees. 😡

@ValeBenaglio @StubHub @TeamStubHub Yes it’s my understanding if the tickets aren’t usable, they will offer other tickets (not sure how they can do that since it’s sold out and only resellers at this point) or a refund.

Buyers are left hanging, not knowing if tickets will work. StubHub says they will refund, but trip was planned around this. Flying to a different country we should have more confidence and NOT LEFT HANGING!

(He was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer that causes lots of bone damage and 2/3 of his tailbone is destroyed. He is managing to get around pretty well and @Delta was kind enough to upgrade his ticket to comfort plus so he will have a little more room and comfort. 💕
