One player tests positive to police test, one (I should say 7 or 8) is photographed with a powder.
2 different scenarios. 2 different reactions.
Or players test positive to official tests and get 2-4 yrs

They give bans for the player putting themselves and the league in shit situations and getting photographed doing thinks that don't look good.

can't test positive on a photo. Powder could be anything, no test, no proof
