You often hear the phrase, don’t forget to fill your own cup…
Loss cracks that cup. It leaks, even when filled up.
But over time, with care and healing, the cup gets stronger again, and it can be rebuild into something more connected, authentic, and whole again.
Fitness has changed a lot for me while dealing with grief. Lately, the goal is not PR’s.
It’s showing up. Drinking water. Remembering to eat. Breathing deep. Taking care of myself.
That all counts. Especially in grief.
Congratulations to former Waukesha North Reciever on being drafted.
You have a whole community of support behind you. Your impact at North reaches far and wide!
Titans got an amazing person and player that is a professional!
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳
@bigpackers4x I watched this game in the hospital the day before my Dad unexpectedly passed away with him & my Mom. I’ve never experienced such a high followed by such a low the following day watching my Dad take his last breath- but its our final Packer memory together, for that I’m grateful.
