@renoomokri I've been in UK for long and I've witnessed powercut once in 2008 and it was cos some kids threw fireworks into the powerstation.
Well, I was out of the country, but what I witnessed was a £50 cheque that I received as an apology for a cut that lasted about 5hrs. StopComparing

@MTNNG No, it's not receiving any attention. MTN has the habit of refusing to refund unauthorized charges. Such a policy is a disgraceful display of how you don't value your customers. I called a UK fixed landline which you show as N250pm but you still charged me N700pm. WHY!!
