@Uber_Support 3 times yesterday got an app notification "Do you still need a ride" and different places I've travelled. Last used Uber Oct 20. Changed password, still happened, then tried to charge me $9.95. Online help is no help. Had to log out of app to make it stop.

@AskAmex Absurd...Verified problem not @ merchant end. Only 1 transaction. Duplicate appears today, 4/24, but dated 4/22. Problem @ Amex end but u hold my money 7 days for a phantom transaction? After Serve/Bluebird outage in Feb you'd think lessons would be learned.
