@HiltonHotels apparently values my loyalty but when I ask for the chat to raise a case after talking half an hour, he tells to me call and start again and disconnects it. Guess my loyalty will go elsewhere (again, I was trying to come back!!)

On DM @HiltonHotels agree the agent was incorrect but now say I registered for promo 2 days prior to when I did (and what my email says) and my last stay therefore doesn't count. What a con, I have asked how to escalate

@SmythsToysUK disappointing experience at aylesbury today. Bought a magic kit yesterday which isn't working although store claim it is. Wouldn't give us a refund. Won't be back, will get toys from amazon in future as I can return them no problem if not suitable
