@Copo_72@Krazyeights16@markschlereth Go back and read the first post. They aren't paying him anything, and they could work out a trade (that, in theory he could agree to). The only person hurt if he rejects a trade is him. Of course nobody will take on that contract, he'll have to renegotiate no matter what
@BluesBaldwin@Coach_Yac Is your point that there were no good players before Brandon and there won't be good players after him? Or do you just struggle with reading comprehension?
@g_shaun18514@3YearLetterman Stacy, you just announced to the entire world that you can't handle the grind of an SEC schedule and blew a 13 to 0 colony lead
@willlywonka0498@LombardiHimself this is incorrect. You can keep repeating it if you wish, but that won't make it correct. He's basically on the retired list, taking his salary off the books. If he wants to be unretired, he needs to send a letter to the NFL and the team and ask to be reinstated.
@willlywonka0498@LombardiHimself Incorrect. He's on the failed to report list. If he wants to show up, he needs to be off that list. He can be traded, he can be cut, but he can't just show up and force the issue
@SSJGOOSE1@LombardiHimself So why hasn't he done that, then? As soon as he does, they can tell him to stay home while they work on a trade. He can then likely file a grievance, and the niners can bring his social media posts in as evidence as to why they don't want him around. He has zero leverage
@Rallmoneyyyyyy@beegjuan1@markschlereth Oh, he'll most likely end up getting released. End result is the same, and in the meantime he gets to make an ass out of himself, so if he ever does petition to get reinstated they can start fining him for conduct detrimental. If he had any brains at all he would stfu
@Rallmoneyyyyyy@beegjuan1@markschlereth Wow, that's really too bad for him, isn't it? Goes back to stinks point--he put his own dumb ass self in this position
@Krazyeights16@markschlereth You could certainly advise him to do so. However, as long as he is still on the failed to report list, they can tell him to get lost. First he needs to petition the league and team to be removed from the list. Then they can tell him to stay home while they work on a trade
@Rallmoneyyyyyy@beegjuan1@markschlereth You're skipping a step. Read it again. He can't just "show up." He needs to get off that list first. Once he does that, they can excuse him from practice and tell him they're working on a trade. Being confrontational isn't helping him join your favorite team any sooner, dh
@Copo_72@Krazyeights16@markschlereth That's his problem. Still doesn't do the niners any good to cut him. If it would save money or cap space, sure. Now, if he really wants out badly enough, perhaps he can give back some of that 50 million he "earned" in 8 months. Until then, he should stfu
