@saks how does your company operate? Made a purchase online on Saks gift card for 80 dollars and when received the shirt had been damaged and not able to wear Saks refused to provide GC back so we can make another purchase. Don't shop here..
@saks - First return of item was back in January and Saks still refuses to provide refund. This was escalated several times. It was purchased on a gift card. Don't buy from Saks online. The item was damaged when received.

@saks - Wife finally decided to shop online & purchased a shirt. When recieved the shirt had pen marks all over the shirt. Returned item & received a letter unfortunately, we're unable to issue a refund because the merchandise appears to have been damaged after it was purchased
Ok it’s bad enough that #LOVEISBLINDreunion live is now 70 minutes late. But for Netflix to not update the audience again with anything after announcing a 15-minute delay 55 minutes ago is nuts.
@united@lufthansa - tried booking last minute flight and site says "we are unable to process request" called customer service and After 1 hour on call they said flight went up from 4739 to 6,253. We asked for manager and she said there's nothing they can do and hung up.
@VerizonSupport Again another technician came and went and Network is currently down for 5 hours. Tech closed their ticket and now told I have to schedule another appointment. @Verizon

@verizonfios - Verizon the best ? Who said. Network has been down since yesterday. Technician came today replaced the box in back and tested everything. 12 hours later it's been down and up for the past 1 hour. Router is yellow once again. 5 technicians in the past 3 months.
@ADT - Adt partnered up with google cameras and our camers are offline and not able to reconnect them in google home. Tried to restart not working. Called and had technician come and not able to fix. Result pay for new cameras.. we are within our 90 days please cancel.
@ReadyRefresh - Are anyone else having issues with delivery? Ordered last week and every morning my delivery is getting pushed back. It's been over a week with no water. Customer service keeps on blaming the deliver guy. Isn't it the same company
@metstickets@mets - After 5 years of being a season ticket holder i think i would be treated better for having field level tickets and due to 20% capacity stuck me upper deck with a credit difference. I pay for field seats. #poorcustomerservice
