Both Ann Lambert & Rae Cousins support a 2nd referendum on the casino and ignoring the first vote to reject the casino. This was just stated at the Richmond Crusade for Voters. Ann Lambert also said relief sent to tenants was used to buy BBL’s instead of paying their landlord😬
