@lathiat @eevblog Lithium batteries have mostly 10 year shelflive. Like CR123 with 3V which last a far bit longer.
AA 1.5V Energizer raised it to 20a
I never read about a Li one leaking.
works good at deep temps (won't count for OZ)
Good for a car emergency torch stored outside of it.

- NiMh for the regular used ones
- Energizer 1.5V Lithium for seldom used ones
- stuff I use once a year remove batteries.
