@makerbeam I didn't see the second pic.. test coverage should be ok for functional test.. but getting a bed of nails tester is the way to go if you want to test more then 1000 boards..

@makerbeam I design test fixtures for a living and this won't be able to test every aspect of the board as well as the connectors won't last more then 500 cycles, which is why bed of nails testing is the way to go. have a look at ingun test fixtures to get an idea of what industry uses.
