One of my biggest bug-bears is politicians doing vanity videos and content instead of producing decent policy. It’s very unbecoming of a PM and Cabinet. Relatable is one thing and by all means give plenty of interviews. Acting like a 22 yo influencer flogging make-up undermines the office and you quickly become parody/cringe. I find it concerning that Burnham is doing so many. Rating pork scratchings with the Chancellor? Showing them all as kids? Kindly do your red box. You’re my age Prime Minister, grow up.
