Fun fact: when someone steals your credit card and uses it to pay for a @Spotify account, Spotify will track your CC number changes and continue to charge you for an account that they won't divulge any information about. Hope someone is enjoying that high bitrate streaming.

@VivintHome my wife was a customer for 5yrs, tried to cancel service for SIX MONTHS when she was OUT OF CONTRACT, had to put a stop payment on Vivint with her bank despite Vivint's apologies, and now years later gets a phonecall threatening a lawsuit. Strange retention model.
