This is leadership. The presence amongst a defeated workforce has to make an impact. Best of luck to all those who are already working hard to keep moving forward.
Louder for those in the back. This has become an insane influencer trend. As @JosephLaMagna put it, it’s a lack of respect to your playing partners when you film your tournament round for personal gain.

@elonmusk - please fix power wall algo and custom automation ability. Amazing product, terrible ability to customize strategy.
The “home status” is not a value add what so ever. You should be able to interact with it in natural language
@gyftzk9pkb The point is that funding is now gone EOY. PIF is one of one. New funding will be next to impossible given only sovereign wealth funds have capacity to handle these losses. And it’s not a viable business
The LIV Golf math is much worse than reported:
• $462M operating loss on $65M rev (2024, UK entity only)
• ~$100M/month true net burn
• 5B of PIF injections since 2021
The reported loss EXCLUDES ~$1.5B in signing bonuses. Those sit as equity injections from PIF, not opex
If the initial PIF thesis was “PGA Tour is weak” with side of “soft power sports washing”, that’s now evaporated.
Given it’s not a serious rival, product, or business - you can’t squint and find an investment thesis and sheer size of capital requirements make this impossible
I don't know if LIV is failing now, I just know it always failed to understand what professional golf was really selling (and yes, that includes Phil & Greg, not just the PIF).
A know what you're selling 🧵
@ElToro41277@TrevorImmelman Stating facts isn’t whining and I don’t care if LIV ever gets points. This is move 6 in a long game of chess. You won’t believe moves 32-37. That’s when it gets REALLY good. 😎
Tough, tough day for the normally-great CBS broadcast. Worst Masters coverage in recent memory…soooo much Andrew Catalon, Nantz felt mia, IBF sorely missed, impactful shots of notable players nowhere to be found, total fail on the 72nd hole. Underwhelming, run-of-the mill feel
