@AnitaJott @fontspring We're still using the 2:1 aspect on our family pages, only cropping to show in lists in the card layouts. As we communicate the changes, we'll start encouraging foundries to focus the informational aspects of the posters (name, foundry) in the center of the images.

@adamwm89 👀 My wife is the president of our daycare's board and their experience recently has been not having the cashflow to offer new teachers/aides competitive rates. We've had to raise rates to compensate, but not nearly that much!
