Ever notice how some moments feel BIGGER than they REALLY are?

I came across a question that helps me, and wanted to share it with you:

“If you remembered this probably isn’t as serious as it feels, what might you do differently today?”

Perspective changes everything.
Most of the pressure we feel is self-created. Step back, breathe, and zoom out.

When we see things in context, we lead better, think clearly, and act with more grace.

Have you heard the phrase "Rejection isn’t a verdict. It’s data. Use it."?

Every “no” tells us something IF we are willing to listen.

In that sense, rejection is not failure as much as feedback in disguise.

If every setback contains information, the question becomes whether we will treat it as judgment or as the lesson that gets us to the next level.
