They’re going after him in Florida because a federal pardon only blocks federal charges, it does nothing against state law.

Florida’s Ag Uthmeier already opened a formal investigation into whether Fauci personally profited from his COVID guidance (awards, book deals, grants, etc.) that affected the state.

Ron Johnson is feeding him the new phone records so Florida can build a case that the federal pardon can’t touch.

Red-state AGs are the only ones willing to actually try it.
