He absolutely rammed people down with his car, but if 20 people wanted to attack you on foot, you’d run. Why is it suddenly different just because you’re in a car? @ViolaAppleton6 @prispott @MailSport Yes, but usually roads are closed in anticipation of large crowds, with signage for drivers to make it easy for drivers to divert, but all of that was on Water Street with a flourescent sign for the crowds only. This was a photo I took from the previous parade.

The only people who shouldn’t have been there were the gawping idiots pissing about in the middle of the road, if the event was planned right no cars would have been on there but..

Careless failures from multiple parties led to innocent people being hurt.

He already passed Hackins Hey at that point and Exchange Sq is a dead end, he basically had nowhere safe to go.

@ViolaAppleton6 @prispott @MailSport Also before you respond, I actually lived on Dale Str, I know the area and layout and was there for the previous parade event and Eurovision, the event planning for that street was poor then and that was with even less people than were expected for the league title event.

@ViolaAppleton6 @prispott @MailSport No he wasn’t, he was driving down a street where huge crowd's of people were walking down an street and crossing into a live junction, then was attacked by people when trying to turn down the last available exit, and was lead down into the crowd where he was mobbed upon.
