Why Are They Targeting Peter Obi: “It Was Under This Same Minister That KWAM 1, a Known Friend Of The President, Was Seen Standing In Front Of a Moving Aircraft. It Was Also Under This Administration That Adams Oshiomhole Disrupted Flight Operations At An Airport. The Same Minister, Festus Keyamo, Later Appealed To Nigerians To Forgive KWAM 1. Yet, These Were Visible And Verifiable Incidents. Now, The Same Minister Is Manufacturing Infractions Against Peter Obi For Political Reasons.” ~ Zekeri Idris
INEC has announced that Nigerians can now begin and complete their voter registration online through its portal This means there is now even less excuse for not obtaining your Permanent Voter Card (PVC).
However, I have a question for INEC.
If commercial banks in Nigeria can issue ATM cards through self-service dispensing machines within minutes, why can’t INEC introduce a similar system for collecting PVCs? Wouldn’t that make the process faster, more efficient, and less stressful for millions of Nigerians?
These are legitimate questions aimed at improving access to voter registration and participation.
With the voter registration deadline approaching at the end of July, I encourage every eligible Nigerian who has not yet registered to do so.
Please get your PVC. Your vote is your voice, and your participation matters.
Justice can never be cracked.

An Open Letter to the Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development
Dear Honourable Minister @fkeyamo,
Attached is a video showing Senator Adams Oshiomhole allegedly breaching airport regulations and engaging in conduct that disrupted public peace. The incident went viral and occurred under your watch, yet there was no public demand for an apology or the imposition of any sanction.
This makes the recent treatment of Mr. Peter Obi difficult to reconcile. CCTV footage indicates that his driver parked in an area without a visible "No Parking" sign, and the video clearly shows that other vehicles were also present in the same location. Yet Mr. Obi appears to be the only individual publicly called upon to apologise and pay a fine.
Sir, this disparity creates the perception of selective enforcement and undermines public confidence in the impartiality of your office.
With respect, I believe the circumstances warrant an apology, not from Mr. Peter Obi, but from your ministry to him, for the appearance of double standards and what many reasonably perceive as a targeted approach.
Yours faithfully,
A Concerned Nigerian

“The EFCC Broke Into Our Home Early This Morning And Took My Husband Away Just Like That. They Didn’t Find Anything Incriminating In Our House. They Told Me They Were Taking My Husband Because I Recorded Them. I Kept Telling Them That The Way They Carried Out The Operation Was Unsafe And That The Manner In Which They Forced Their Way Into Our Home Was Criminal. They Broke Our Gate, Damaged Our Doors, And Destroyed Our CCTV Cameras.” ~ Lady Cries Out
Nigeria has gotten to a point where an individual can open a fåke presidential office and collect money from people in the name of the government. Yet, up till now, the EFCC and DSS have not arrested anyone."
~ Isaac Fayose reacts to the alleged Presidential Council scandal.
“A man has alleged that the Cross River State Government pays certain cult groups in Calabar between ₦10 million and ₦15 million monthly.
He also claimed that the Governor of Cross River State secured UK visas for 35 alleged members of the Black Axe cult group ahead of the NBM Week event scheduled to take place in the UK this month”
These allegations have not been independently verified.
Students of the University of Lagos who were on campus between 1993 and 1994 can bear witness to this.
One of the earliest lessons I learned in life is that the struggle for justice and the defense of the oppressed are often thankless. That is the burden of leadership.
In 1993, when cult violence had placed the University of Lagos under siege, cult groups had effectively taken over the campus. The university authorities were complicit, and many of the attacks were coordinated with the active involvement of the university administration and the then Commissioner of Police, James Danbaba.
A few student leaders and I made a decision that we would confront cultism head-on, regardless of the personal cost.
For that decision, I was brutally beaten, injected with unknown substances, humiliated, and left at the brink of death. But the deepest wound was never the physical abuse. It was the ingratitude and disappointment from the very students whose lives we were risking everything to protect.
At one point, I wrestled a live grenade from a student who intended to detonate it on campus. While many stood frozen in fear, I was prepared to lose my own life if that was what it took to save thousands of other students.
I do not recount these experiences to seek sympathy or applause. I say them because they define what leadership truly means. Leadership is sacrifice. Leadership is standing for what is right when it is dangerous, unpopular, or unappreciated. Leadership is remaining committed to justice even when those you fight for do not understand the price you are paying.
My fight to liberate Nigeria did not begin today. It is a commitment I made decades ago, and one I have never and will never abandoned!
