Dear @Delta, you know I’m a fan, a loyalist even. But, I’m on a United flight this trip. After visiting their Club, I think DIA SkyClub needs an upgrade. If nothing more than to compete with your other SkyClubs. It’s the smallest & most outdated I’ve visited. #StillAFan

It’s unfortunate. @Delta used to reward the frequent fliers, now they’re rewarding people who spend the most money, regardless of how much they fly. Abandoning their customer base to cater to the rich. Being a loyal customer with a Delta #AmEx means nothing now.

@Delta the @AmericanExpress Reserve card will no longer be worth the fee when the changes are implemented. I get the changes, but the high fee just isn’t worth it anymore.
