I’ve been a bit quiet lately…

Three weeks ago I let my Ops manager go. And once he was gone I had to admit that we never really had systems. It was just me and him holding the whole thing together.

So now I'm rebuilding all of it. In the middle of a busy month. While the trucks still go out every morning.

The new guy I hired is a specialist which is exactly what we need.

This month has been the most difficult of my career.

Anyway. That's where I've been.
