Dear @HalifaxBank. Apparently, you won't issue our mortgage to us using my legal name and title. We're told you will only use Miss or Mrs for me, despite my legal title, and my title on all my bank accounts/ID being Mx. I can't be your first trans/nonbinary customer. What gives?

@Mark_E_Wright Actually, the reason is the IR35 tax law changes brought in by the Tories that has crucified our flexible working force - in IT, Aviation, Engineering... the list goes on. It has been made unworkable for people to remain as a contractor.

This is how @curryspcworld deliver & install ovens - & then leave a family w. 4 kids with no means of cooking food for almost a week - no oven for a month& in a tiny kitchen They call this Good Customer Service. I call bullshit.

@ShropCouncil Thank you for the response! I have done so, more than once - have had the autoreply emails, too. As I said above, they're not helpful as they don't contain the information I need nor have I had a response to the application made 2wks ago.

@ShropCouncil I'm so glad that other businesses have been able to access grants & that's you're busy processing them to help other businesses - I was unaware of the DAR grant, even after enquiring, and unfortunately missed out on the these funds. No earnings for 31/52weeks for my business!

Shame you cannot support the 220k businesswomen in the beauty industry currently out of work, unable to feed their children, let alone be able to afford to eat out. You can eat with strangers with no mask but I cant wax brows in PPE.
