Joseph Ole Nkaissery was a retired Major General, powerful Interior CS, and one of Kenya’s most influential security figures. He served in the military, Parliament, and later led the Ministry of Interior during one of Kenya’s toughest security periods.
He died suddenly on July 8, 2017 at the age of 67. The postmortem report showed he died of a massive heart attack.
A heart attack happens when blood supply to part of the heart is suddenly cut off. In most cases, this occurs because a cholesterol plaque inside a coronary artery ruptures. The body responds by forming a clot at that site, but the clot can completely block blood flow to the heart muscle.
High blood pressure increases the risk because it damages blood vessels over time and can contribute to plaque rupture. That’s why uncontrolled hypertension is dangerous even when someone feels fine.
World Hypertension Day is celebrated annually on May 17th to raise global awareness about the dangers of high blood pressure. Known as the "silent killer," it is a leading risk factor for stroke and heart disease.

Dear University students, don’t be greedy. Focus on studies. Don’t go around looking for men to fund your expensive lifestyles around the country. Some of those men are into organ harvesting and sacrifices. You will be dead for nothing
