@delhivery I booked a parcel from Narasannapeta to Mumbai on 17/08/2026 bearing AWB number 41743710000136 , it came to my nearest hub on 24th, from that day onwards, it holds there and there is no movement. What kind of courier is this??if you don't have capacity , pls don't do.

@help_delhivery The entire day has gone and the documents were shared with the concerned person but still there is no movement in the parcel and there is no update in the parcel status. Atleast update the exact status to the customer, it's a basic level of service.
