While monitoring the Application Developer role in Entra, it looks like the available directory actions are fluctuating... recently lots of privileged actions have been added to the role, like the ability to update credentials on any application, making it unsuitable to actually assign to a developer :/

It seems the permissions have appeared and disappeared a few times in subsequent Graph API calls, but this is likely just down to replication. Hopefully it is rectified.
