I have been on the phone waiting for someone to talk to for almost an hour, but the line is still ringing. Why is no one answering??
Parts of Hatfield still has no power. No update from City of Tshwane.
12 Hours with no electricity.

The phonecall was just put down on after over an hour of waiting. My battery is almost dead. My freezer is almost defrosted.
We can’t get reference numbers because the call center doesn’t work. And you don’t want to help us because we don’t have reference numbers.
