@monzo not a very happy customer here. I tried to withdraw £220 out of a cashpoint on Saturday afternoon. The cash came out at a funny angle and I only managed to get £20. This it took £200 back into the machine. But it still registered as £220 taken from my account. WTF!!!

@coopuk I have to say the customer service in Co-op Elmer's End was appalling the guy behind the counter was sour faced and not helpful at all. The shop wasn't busy so it's not like he was rushed off his feet. And let's not forget a smile is free.
