@kdmm1000 @mbs59er 3X faster…. about 70 mph? A NFL player spends about half the game sat down and when they are active it is for a couple of minutes at most, often it’s seconds. Rugby players stay on the pitch for either the whole game or the majority of it. NFL players wouldn’t last 5 minutes.
