@ClintFiore I see this sticking a couple of ways. Lumpy, inconsistent margins. Margins higher than expected based on product costs + markup. Inventory; had to be overstated on the books. Last year inventory + purchases - COGS = end inventory. No way that pencils fudging POS like this.

@SMBapprentice Regardless, who is going to do the work the owner currently does and what will the cost be? While certainly not under this construct, new buyer is likely going to take a salary and P&L / debt coverage should reflect as such.
