@EricBlake12 @AndyHazelton It has been TUTTy this season and the formation location of Atlantic TCs thusfar has been outside the Tropics and predominantly north of the TUTT axis. The season stool has promise, but if the pressures increase in the mid Atlantic in August, the feedback is in place. Time
