Paul Skenes is an awesome human in case anyone was wondering.
He was driving by the Ingomar Franklin Park Little League baseball fields last night and saw the lights on and just pulled on in.
He was there over 2 hours signing, taking pictures and playing catch with the kids.
“This sport should be popular on every campus in the country…”
Troy Coach Skylar Meade is one of the most fascinating coaches in the sport. Here’s what he had to say when he was asked what makes College Baseball so unpredictable:
College baseball is seriously the most underrated sport. This weekend the 1 and 2 seeds lost, Little Rock will play Troy for a CWS trip, WVU/UK has been amazing and Miss State-UGA will play for the national title next weekend.
It’s that time of the year when people with leverage come out of the woodwork to talk about how great college baseball is.
Please use that power to get more of it on tv in February, March and April. Thanks.
College baseball has the greatest postseason in all of sports. Really a shame it doesn’t get as much run as March Madness because it is even wilder and less predictable.
BAR OWNER: “You’re OK at making drinks, but are you good at changing the channel on a TV?”
BARTENDER INTERVIEWEE: “I am the literal worst channel changer of all time.”
BAR OWNER: “You start tomorrow.”
College baseball is so great! Several walk off wins today. Such raw emotion! There is money to be made with more coverage of this growing sport! @d1baseball@NCAABSB@CWSOmaha
Due to a recent coaching change at Anderson University, I have decided I will be entering the transfer portal after my freshman year with three years of remaining eligibility.
