Thrilled to announce that I have matched to University of Pittsburgh as a pulmonary and critical care fellow! Excited to join the @PACCM_fellows family

@ntepper90@modrnhealthcr If medicare wants to lure doctors to participating in the programs and seeing medicare patients they should stop cutting reimbursement (another 3.36% cut proposed for 2024).
Excited to co-author a systematic review in the Journal of Intensive Care Medicine comparing the accuracy of the mini-BAL to the bronchoscopic BAL for diagnosing pneumonia in ventilated patients @IUIntMed@IUMedPeds@IUPCCM @SageClinMed

@jpclemens@AmerMedicalAssn I trained in the Irish and UK system and am surprised to hear this. The USA training schemes are much shorter compared to traditional Irish/UK ones. In Ireland medical school is 6 years, followed by intern year and SHO year before you can be considered for “residency.”
@MultilingualMD I find it weird that the AAP only provides these resources in English and Spanish. I wrote to the AAP president last year about this and they said they’d look into it
Excited to co-author a case report in the journal Pediatric Transplantation with some of my great @IUPedsResidency and @IUMedPeds co-residents and the @iupedsID team.
