Pomare used germ theory to design public health prigrams but used mm to implement them.

@DionHenare @tiekemanu I dont agree. Ngata and mason durie saw science and MM as seprate but complementary. We All n3ed a code to live by. You wont get that from science. If we need a vaccine we go to science but if we want a well lived life we look elsewhere.
