More like a 1,000 passengers stuck in the satellite and little common sense being used by airport ops to help passengers get back to the terminal other than waiting for a bus. Surely an escorted walk for those that are able would have meant most would be on their way

@STN_Airport you really must look at your operating and evacuation procedures. Having more than a 1,000 passengers held in Satellite 1 for over an hour due to the closed shuttle and waiting for a bus is not satisfactory.
