Searched vendors and all closed at @mco - so hundreds of stranded passengers can’t get water or food - except for an amazing employee named Shania from the @Wendys in terminal B who searched for me by gate 55 to bring me a tall glass of water and ice! Thanks Shania and @wendys!
I get major weather disruptions for air travel, but hundreds stranded, hours long delays and everything closed at 9:00 pm. No water, food or help for stranded passengers. Way to go @mco! Horrible customer service.
Today I was in the Capitol for the first time since leaving the Hill to witness the swearing in of newly elected Senators and Representatives. The transfer of power and excitement of watching a new Congress be seated is still an awe inspiring moment.
Working on a bunch of travel these days and while I prefer to use big car rental companies like Hertz, my folks tried using some company called @SixtUSA. Do yourself and anyone you know a favor and don't - worst customer care I have ever witnessed. Non responsive and unhelpful.

@AmericanAir Thanks @AmericanAir - we finally got off the ground. Gate agents need to be empowered to share news. We learned that our delay today was due to a missing flight attendant. Thursday’s flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Too many delays for one trip. I expect more.
Come on @AmericanAir! One trip, 5 delays, 1 cancellation and now another 2 hour “delay” because we are waiting on a flight attendant?!? How about some good old fashioned customer service. No communication with passengers is a problem and our time is valuable too!
Never been so disappointed in the lack of customer service as I am right now with @ADT....on hold for over 40 minutes and still no assistance.....incredible.
