It could be very organic or someone specifically sent from a church. Either way, they would have experience with the faith and provide direction.

@mbird12 This is kind of a nothing-burger article. She also admits she knows next to nothing about how the SBC works. Yet, she fails to note the tremendous slide *globally* toward full women pastors. This is not a slight towards women but a mo e to hold the line of biblical fidelity.
