@GWRHelp your services are getting beyond a joke. 8 journeys delayed and 2 cancelled in last 7 days. And then you reduce 9 coach trips to 5 coaches with 2 first class coaches, squeezing everyone in like sardines. It's not safe or acceptable. Sort it out !!!
