I think it's the correct call. Relied/Backed the same underperforming players too much. Bizarre player selection at times. Slow tired uninterested build up for 70/80mins each game. Nothing was changing. Sadly.

@robgaffer92 I'm not going to celebrate Joey losing his job but the 'european run' was beating Linfield twice. First time round we probably got lucky. I don't think beating them twice out of season was any cause for celebration. Group stage was hard watch. Dropped points we shouldn't have.

@shelsfc Shels/Joeys midweek games are always approached with extreme levels of calm/laziness. Management talk 4 from 6pts being acceptable picked up by players. They seem to rarely take these seriously and go at it from the whistle. Derry was worse a few weeks ago. The attitude stinks.
